We are looking for someone who wants to work broadly with IT support in an organization where technology is crucial for our healthcare centers to operate smoothly. Here, you will have a day filled with variety, practical challenges, and close contact with users – both at the headquarters and out at our healthcare centers. You will be part of an unpretentious and helpful team where we solve things together and have fun along the way.

About the role

As an IT support technician with us, you will have a varied and practical assignment where you work closely with users and are an important part of ensuring that everyday operations run smoothly. You will handle support cases, assist colleagues with everything from computer issues to equipment settings, so that technology becomes a reliable resource that facilitates the work of healthcare.

You will work both independently and together with colleagues, and have many points of contact within the organization. The role also involves documenting what we do, creating routines, managing user administration, and contributing to improving our working methods over time. You will be part of the team at the headquarters where we help each other, share knowledge, and have fun together.

The work takes place on-site at our headquarters in Karlskrona, with some presence out in the organization. You will be part of a social and unpretentious group where it is easy to ask questions, get support, and contribute help to others. You will be employed by Achima Care, but the role involves providing IT support to the entire group – including Pelmatic AB and Devexa AB.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has practical experience in IT work and enjoys being close to users. You are unpretentious, responsible, and can easily switch between different tasks. You like to help others, are communicative, and have the ability to prioritize.

To succeed in this role, you need:

  • Practical experience in installing and troubleshooting computers and peripherals.

  • Basic understanding of networks (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPN).

  • Good knowledge of Windows 10 and 11.

  • Experience in support work via remote systems.

It is an advantage if you have experience working with servers, but there are good opportunities to learn more on-site. Knowledge of telephony, Android, and iOS, as well as an understanding of various systems and user solutions, is also a plus. If you have previously worked with IT security, that is an advantage – otherwise, there is an opportunity to develop that competence within the role.
